See Rock City & Other Destinations Extends Off-Broadway

The Transport Group production of Brad Alexander and Adam Mathias' musical See Rock City & Other Destinations will cruise on for an additional week of performances through Aug. 14 at the Duke on 42nd Street.

Leslye Headland's Bachelorette, a biting comedy about a young woman's last night of single life, has extended its Off-Broadway run a second time through Aug. 28.

There are many theatre events going on in our area during the next couple of months. You owe it to yourself and to your fellow theatre artists to get to the theatre and see the work that's being done on our local stages.

This month's Poor & Hungry Theatre Tavern will be held on Sunday, July 25th at 4:00pm at the Mellow Mushroom on Third Street in Jacksonville Beach. Come join your theatre friends for a relaxing afternoon at the beach. If you would like to suggest a date, time or place for next month's gathering, please let me know.
